To sew is much more than just so-so.

A few projects I've been working on in my sewing room were finally completed in the last month.


First up is a quilt for sweet new baby boy Noah, born March 29 to some good friends of ours. His room is blue and grey, so I was excited when I found this car fabric with the same colors. I added in my favorite color orange to make it pop.

 

Next, I finally got to use the adorable "sailor whale" fabric I've had since I first discovered we were having another baby boy. These little rompers go together so unbelievably fast. I finished it in a weekend.

I've also got a top secret quilt project in the works for someone very special in Bermuda, due to enter this world in early July.
